2003 Evo with issues 10k or less

Hi guys my name is Jon from Costa Rica and I'm looking for an Evo 8 and due to large import costs and short wallet to buy a good one need to found one cheaper with blown engine or something crashed(not too serious), I have some friends in the NJ area so they can see the car in person for me.

Here is some specs what I need:
1- Only 2003 year due to high taxes here in my country on newest models.
2- No rust
3- My favorite color is lightning yellow but can be any other color.
4- Most Stock possible
5- No more than 150k miles
6- Salvage or rebuilt titles are welcome
7- Do not send offers of more than 10k
