I purchased this car brand new from Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving, TX in May 2008. I have kept all maintenance up to date (not all records have been kept unfortunately). The car has never seen a track, drag strip, nor autocross event. It was strictly daily driven with a few cruises over its life. It has been professionally tuned by Calvin Dotson at Cobb Tuning in Plano for 93-octane only. The car has never seen anything other than 93-octane. The exterior has some flaws as you would expect with 89,xxx miles and 7 years of use.

Keep in mind that the numbers in the title and the ones in the post are different because at the time of the thread, I had not ported the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, nor throttle body. The car sits at 350whp and 367wtq with the stock turbo. It is perfectly set up for daily driving. If there is any indication of how well the car was treated, it is this: the car still uses the original stock clutch. The car is mechanically sound and will last the new owner for quite some time. See below for all notes and modifications.
