2006 Evo IX SE for sale

Up for SALE is my very clean Evo 9 SE in graphite grey. I am the third owner of the car. The body has 89,418 miles, bottom end has 33k on it and compression tested recently 160-160-165-160, BR stg3 head has around 10k miles on it, clutch rebuilt and new fuel pump all within 7k miles, Leakdown @ 100psi when doing the compression test as part of PPI was 4%,7%,1%,3%. Welcome any PPI that you want to do! Car is strong and ready to go with no issues what so ever. New rotors and pads within 7k miles. The Dunlop Direzza tires on the car are practically brand new as well.
The wife and I are planning on starting a family and unfortunately, my evo has to go. Full mod list will be below. I am the third owner of the car. Both previous owners took VERY GOOD care of it. I have every SINGLE receipt for literally every single thing in this car from the motor build, clutch, trans, transfer case, to system, guages, bolt ons, etc.
Car is 100% WORKING ORDER, needs nothing but maintenance. Timing belt and water pump done @ 55k miles. Full build/mod list is below. Tscomptuned. Buy with confidence. The car has never been on E85 or seen above 28psi. Someone grab this and throw in a double pumper and bigger injectors and get it tuned on E85 for some insane fun

sorry about that, having some issues uploading pictures. Here's an older link, only difference to the car between then and now is that I installed OEM Mitsubishi wind deflectors.
