GA:Evo 8/9 clean

Looking to buy another Evo here asap.

Location: Augusta, GA but I bought my first Evo in Oklahoma and drove it back. I'll travel for a good one.

Requirements:
Under 80k miles
Under $26k
As clean as possible
No rust
No 6spds
Receipts if built
No R title
Needs a/c
Turn key/Ready to drive anywhere in the U.S. reliably

Preferences:
WW/RR/GG but will consider all colors
IX over VIII but will take either, even an X
JDM rear is a plus
Prefer a stock look over heavy aesthetic mods

Yes, I know there is a similar thread so I apologize for the clutter. I just don't want to miss out on any chances to find what may be my next Evo. I need to buy one by Monday the 21st of this month. If I don't find a good one, I'll probably buy a MK7 GTI.

Thanks all. Let me know!

Well...I ended up picking up a 2012 Evo X GSR SSS with 42k miles. Pretty spontaneous thing and honestly I think I'll be selling it in the coming months unless it grows on me. I should have went with my gut and gotten something more luxury oriented. The X isn't is great on the inside as I was hoping. It's def still an Evo meaning it isn't quite and comfy like my Golf R was. If anyone is looking for an X, Hit me up for details.

Yes it was. No pics at the moment. It's currently at the shop getting an HKS Legamax exhaust installed and hopefully having the wheels powder coated this week as well.

I forget how to mark SOLD so can a mod please do so? I ended up purchasing a brand new GTI and all I can say is WOW. You should all go test drive one. Even blows my 2013 Golf R out of the water. Thanks all and enjoy your Evo's! I'm sure I'll be back someday for my 5th lol

Still a MK7. I got a leftover 2016 for $6k off of sticker after some incentives and my VW loyalty cash off since I still had my registration from my R. Honestly it was the best DD available IMO. Quiet, quality interior you'd expect out of a German car but still has the fun factor. Sooo much tech. Even went with DSG which is my first car that isn't a manual ever. Loving it thus far.

Honestly sounds horrible to me lol. But whatever makes you happy! I can't do new cars, I can't do German, and I can't do automatics.

You will be back.

After owning 4 Evo's (3 IX's and 1 X) I know that I will never return to the platform unless I am financially able to buy one for the sole purpose of a track car. I have owned stock, FBO and fully built. I'll take my GTI over any of them every day for a DD. DSG is amazing when in traffic and the quiet cabin for my ~20mi highway commute to work made it worth it alone. All of the other features are huge bonuses. I would try having a more open mind and giving it a shot before knocking it.
