custom surge tank!
selling a custom surge tank i had made. it bolts to the frame rail in the area between the spare tire well and evap can under the car opposite of the muffler. it has 3 -6 fittings for rail return, tank return and tank feed and 2 -10 outlet fittings for the pumps. its .25" 6061 t6 and professionally welded. capacity is close to 4 liters. looking for $300 shipped.

1 fills the tank coming from a walbro in original gas tank.
1 return line from fuel rail.
1 when the tank is full, returns excess to original gas tank.
2 -10 fittings on bottom opposite side.
each one can feed a pump of choice. i was going to run 2 bosch 044's, but you can block 1 off and use a big single pump.
to connect the stock sending unit to feed and the return all you need is 2 f these and some hose. i can draw a diagram if it makes it easier, but it sounds like a lot more work than it really is.

the whole point of this is that the tank is 100% full all the time and the pumps feeding the engine will never starve for fuel.
