I remember this 02 housing, I explained to the seller in that thread that it wasn't a universal fitting piece.

I have no idea. If I had it, I'd buy a new 4 bolt flange, grind the current one off and then weld the new one on clocked correctly with the turbo and manifold bolted to the head.

That looks like a Buschur/Shearer O2 housing, should work with that manifold
