semi interested in the cat however how does 91 octane gas in CA apply to Obama? couldn't you just do a E-85 tune since its plentiful in CA.

 

First of all, it's a joke. Google "thanks obama" (jenna marbles has a pretty funny video) and you'll see what I mean.
Second of all, yes E85 is plentiful in CA, except where I live. The closest one to me is 38 miles away.
