Yes, it's an AMS Tune with a Cobb Accessport. The tune was for my 2014 Evo X GSR that was bone stock on 93 octane. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Actually that is quite interesting. How bone stock does your car have to be? If I have an intake and intercooler pipes do you think that would be a problem? And how exactly does this work? Like can you re calibrate the AMS tune? What does the MPG look like? Have you really seen 60+ horses? What about torque gains? How do I guaruntee the tune stays on the AP and will work with my car?

Answer to your questions:
-"How bone stock does your car have to be? If I have an intake and intercooler pipes do you think that would be a problem? "
My car was completely stock. If you have any modifications, I would suggest contacting AMS directly to understand what changes will be needed for the tune (if any).
-" Like can you re calibrate the AMS tune? "
AMS should be able to modify the tune if needed as you mod your car. The access port allows for multiple tunes to be stored.
-"What does the MPG look like?"
I didn't see much difference. Then again, I ended up with a heavier foot all the time because of the extra power.
-"Have you really seen 60+ horses? What about torque gains?"
I didn't dyno the car so can't tell you for sure on the specific gains. My butt dyno felt a difference in response and power
-"How do I guaruntee the tune stays on the AP and will work with my car?"
I CAN guarantee that the tune will be on the AP. I CAN'T guarantee that it will work specifically on your car. I would research as much as possible to make sure you are educated on what you are buying.

I am not sure about that but the Cobb OTS map at first isn't that noticable. In fact I didn't notice the Cobb map until after I tried to sell my AP and returned the car back to stock. It was way less responsive and slower. But I would assume this would be better than the Cobb map for sure. 60 HP?

What austin_davee said. Usually HP numbers are always at the crank rather than at the wheel. Also to be honest never really 100% accurate from the manufacture.
