This might be a stupid question, but are the two compatible with each other?

And can you hook a DVD player up to it?

I had a DVD changer, the tv tuner, and monitor(s) scheduled to be installed in a 2005 GMC Yukon. They are compatible as part of a whole system and you will need some additional components, like a head unit or something to control it all, to make it all work as a system.
