I had this setup in my car and loved it! It has an in unit CD player.

DVD can come from a PS2 (How i had it hooked up) or a seperate DVD device/player (Both are not included).

I have two Brain control units with it (Both Work). The AVM-P7000R and the 8000R. The 8000R has navigation hookups and a few more options than the 7000R. All cables/manuals/boxes are included.

Google the name for full spec's from Pioneer's website.

I had wanted to put this in my new car, but since i work/park in NYC i'm afraid it would get stolen out of it.

I paid over $2000 for this setup when it was new, oviously it's a few years old (but in great working shape).

I'm asking $425 shipped. One just sold on Ebay for $500 shiped, so i think that's a fair price.

Well thanks for your opinion, but i think the price is right where it is. I have all the original boxes/manuals/cables, and a second brain unit that could be resold by the new owner for some cash. Plus, that unit on ebay looked prety beat up, mine is perfect...

Does this system come with everything needed to plug it right in? Will the head unit work with an amp/sub setup.

 

Yes, it comes with everything to plug right in. Yes, it can be used with an amp/sub setup as well. The control unit has pre amp, RCA, and regular speaker imputs, as well as a sub control function.

I had the unit hooked up to an 800watt PPI amp with hi's, mid's, and two PPi 10's for the low's.
