Yes exactly. I am in the Army and my schedule is sh***y. I have 24 hour duty again tomorrow (go figure). Anyway, I am going to try to get my neighbor to come over and take some pics while I am at work and e-mail them to me. I am not bs'ing on purpose. I am just really busy. I work all the time. So let's hope, I can get them on here tomorrow. Later, Dade.

Bump, pics are in the works. I got pics of the woofers, but I still need decent pics (pics weren't clear enough) of the crossovers and tweeters. I'll post up as soon as I get them.

Hey guys, would the tweets fit in the Evo A pillar stock location or would that be a huge pain? Also, is the crossover a big box like that?

The tweeters shouldn't be a problem, and the crossovers are really that big and can be mounted anywhere you choose.

bump for great speakers but...

Evo speakers are oversize 6.5"s. MB Quartz only sells standard 6.5"s. So either you have to get some sort of spacer or bracket to fill the gap since they don't just drop into the doors. I had to jerry rig up a custom mount actually using the original speaker mounting ring (needless to say I don't have the stock speakers anymore )

And it was a interesting challenge to get the speaker wire through the boot from the door to the crossover. But I imagine that's the same challenge with any aftermarket speaker if you don't want to reuse the stock wiring.
