my battery is located in the trunk. is there any good way of installing the alternator with a battery mounted trunk???

Any review on this product? Does it come with the new belt needed? Does teh car make better power at idle? Less light dimming and better over all electronic activity? What about losing power (WHP)? How much does it sap up?
