pc was mounted on the back seat of my evo . i made a wood trim and mounted everything on it then mounted it on the back seat and used a Plexiglass to cover it up.. power is fed thru a 8ag power wire and 16ag remote turn on wire that runs to back of the car.. also has a remote shut of switch for amp..

Vga / usb / audio wires run from back of the car to front of the car. all connector are plug an play no splicing of wire is required to install it. audio wire plug right into factory radio plug and get power for lcd / pc and other acc from their. 8ag wire for amp and / high load pc input... all wire a plastic shield besides the power wire for zero static on lcd screen and audio.
for install all you need is 8ag power wire and connecting basic ground point.. everything else is plug and play i made my pc so it could be installed and removed without splicing into factory harness....

this unit is far more superior then a cdplayer/ dvd flip up unit or in car navigation

u can use ur 3g phone for live traffic and for other use full information.. connect via blue tooth or plug via usb.. charge ur phone via usb..

so it has gps but will need to be bluetooth'ed thru your phone?

 

yes all u need is microphone and pair phone with pc and then u use software like phone control to make and receive calls thru factory speakers and microphone

 

i have the hd mounted on rubber bushing and is placed on Styrofoam. i have been drive in ny for about 9 months now with the system. on swift spring havent had any issue..

 

i wouldnt mind just taking the double din trim piece...would u sell separate?
