the rest of the lancer 2002 in my case when i buy this from ebay i paid 800 on july of 2007 and i sold my lancer on august 30 and i get my lancer gts 08 on sep 01 of 2007.
so no evo.

This steering wheel would set off my interior perfectly! And I would be willing to pay over a hundred bucks for it^ but 400... eh, no
They are sold new for 400 to 600 on ebay but often go for about 200 used, but good luck selling it. If you run out of options, pm me, maybe we can work something out

in the other hand this is near new is mint condition i take care of my goods and this was used in my car 2 days only until i trade my 2002 lancer.

^couldn't find this, but I will agree, seller needs to get a bit more realistic. Look at it this way, the front evo seats are what 8 grand from the dealer, they sell for around $700- maybe $900 on a good day.
Its not about what its worth new from the dealer or what its worth in the market, its about how much someone IS willing to pay and how bad you want to sell it.
