Blitz DTT DCII Turbo timer/boost gauge
Works perfectly and includes everything to install it except instructions. It's easy though and I can show the buyer how.
Comes with Evo specific harness so you don't have to hack into yours pretty much makes it plug and play.

Oh and this is from an 05 evo 8, I'm sure it fits at least all 8's and maybe the 9 too.
