FS: OEM MMCS Navigation Unit

FS: OEM MMCS Navigation Unit
So I'm looking at maybe selling my OEM Navigation Unit. Price is $1100 + shipping or $975 + your OEM headunit (i.e. 6-disc cd changer and faceplate) as that's the lowest I'd be willing to let it go for.
This would include everything needed to install in your vehicle: The nav, the mounting bracket, the dash-kit/faceplate, and the gps atnenna. Also will include the installation instructions and the OEM manual.
The unit has been babied. I usually turn the screen off (it's a setting) when driving cause I figured it would preserve it. Could just be me being crazy though. Car has always been garage parked, so it's hasn't sat baking in the sun or anything.
Reason for considering selling is that I have spent a lot of cash on the car this year and this would help recoup some of that money. I have been hesitant about actually selling the unit as I love it soo much. It is a great unit.
Now for pics:
1)A shot of how I currently have the nav set up. 2 side by side screens, right is more zoomed out broad view of the area with north always up. Left is closer up detail of where you are with up always being the direction the car is facing. The white dots are because you can turn on "tracking" so shows where you've been.
When you are approaching a turn, the left screen also goes to an even more zoomed in picture showing what to do, it's pretty cool.
2)If you turn on your lights it auto switches to night mode:
3)This is the interface that allows you to control equipment in the car. (like how many doors the fast key unlocks...). Also this is with the "blue" color scheme selected.
4)If you do your own maintenance this is pretty cool/helpful. It will remind you when you need to do service:
5)This is the Red color scheme. Also, when the dealer was fixing something they had to remove the nav and they made a tiny little scratch on the screen. This shot shows it the clearest, it's right to the right of the "96.5" (radio setting 5). That said, I had to try to get it to show when taking the pictures, but it's not actually even visible normally. I'm serious about that, I forget it's there and I'm **** about everything on this car. It really isn't even noticeable.
6)Lastly is just the forum name/date. You can see I took these a while ago and have been hesitant on selling the unit. Hard to let it go. I'll especially miss the damn hard drive with all my music on demand.
(Oh, and this is the most accurate photo of what the scratch actually looks like: not visible. lol)
Feel free to ask any questions.

All included.
It will come with the instructions and everything you need to install it. It's very straightforward though.
Steps:
1) remove glove box
2) remove screw holding in right trim piece
3) remove screw holding in the black or fake carbon fiber trim along the front.
4) pop out that trim piece
5) remove screws holding the faceplate.
6) pop out faceplate
7) remove screws from oem head-unit. Remove screws from hazard lights button area
8) take out oem headunit. disconnect all harnesses from back of unit.
9) Install GPS antenna (will be included, just takes a couple more screws)
10) install Nav and plug everything into it. (gps antenna, radio antenna, all factory harnesses). Everything only plugs into one place so no way to screw up.
11) Reverse of steps 7-1
