You should drive one. For a heavy car it is tremendously balanced and nimble, and the interior very well designed. It's not loud, creaky, or at all unruly. The fact that it's awd is also a huge bonus. I wasn't initially a fan of that car and I doubt I'd deal with the tranny hassles of modding one highly, but for a fast daily driver, it's a tough act to beat.

Two things bother me about the GT-R (well three being the weight but that plays a part in my 1st complaint) and the 1st is the handling. Yes it does handle well but only because of its massive use of electronics. Without them the *** comes WAY out and becomes dangerious. With everything on it understeers safely.
2nd is the poor customer service with the transmission warranty on an advertised launch control, that really bothered me.

Oh it won't hook on the tires that are on it. It's going to be rough to get that much power to transfer without going to 15 inch rims and a tall sidewall ET drag radial. That said, a nice set of MT ET Street II's should make 3-6 useful on the street.
