This is a trailer hitch for your EVO VIII. It was on my 03 but I just bought a 10 X. It should fit any VIII and who knows maybe a IX. I bought it from a member here but I can't remember his name. By that I mean, I seem to recall he actually MADE it. It works great towing a Horrible Freight 4x8 with two motorcycles and associated race gear.

Comes with all hardware and I can help you out with instructions but I don't have the papers that came with it. Really pretty simple except for one bit of a jigsaw when attempting to get the U-Bolt in place.
