I will call the PD in his area to investiagate. I am sorry for being off based, although I am sure you can undertsand why we are upset. Thanks for the suggestion.

I left the guy a message.
I just call the PD in his area and they said it is a civil suit, small claims court. I feel that I would best get a case if I could get written statements from everyone on here that has gotten ripped off, etc. I mean in all reality $150 is real money and I should not bend over and consider it a loss because this guy is not responsible.
