Precision Power (PPI) Pro12 12" Subs. These are the old school PPI flat piston subs with the carbon fiber/nomex piston. These things have HUGE magnets, and weigh about 20-30#, one 4ohm, one 8 ohm -- $150 each
Precision Power (PPI) PC-4400 Amplifier. This old school beauty is from the mid-90's when PPI was at the top of the car audio food chain. This is the chrome version. 50Wx4 @ 4ohms, 200Wx2 @ 4ohms -- $200
