716whp evo 9 part out $$50k $$ build
I have for sale a complete engine, turbo, trans package from a 2006 Mitsubishi evolution. I bought the car a few months ago and have now decided to completely sell off the entire setup that put down over 700whp.
The car was built and tuned by Kings Performance down in FL. I bought the car and had no prior knowledge as to just how extensive and just plain crazy the build was. The original owner of the car spared no expense and at the time bought the most expensive and Race proven parts that were on the market. After doing extensive research I found that Kings Performance built and tuned the entire car. After speaking with them they informed me that the original owner spent over 50,000 with them to build the car. this was on top of what it cost to buy the car new.
Kings performance uploaded a video of the car on their site showing a dyno pull of the car. If you pause the video at the right time you can see that the car made over 700 wheel horsepower and red lined at over 9500Rpm. An article was also posted on their site detailing the entire buildup of the car. Recently however that page was not available. But I do have an image of the page that showed some of the parts included in the build. However after speaking with kings performance they gave me a more accurate and up-to-date list of the parts. The video uploaded on youtube shows most of the parts on the car as well as the WHP numbers. The cars chassis has just under 14k miles. The build was around 12k miles This should mean that these parts only have about 2000-3000 miles on them. You can tell by just looking at them they are fairly new.
Listed below is the parts that are included in the sale. I have only mentioned the “big stuff”. There are a lot of little parts I have that I will include in the sale however there is too much to mention. The only thing that I do not have is the Intercooler, intake, and catch can. The complete engine, transmission, intake manifold, fuel system and turbo set up have been pulled from the car by a professional tuner shop in Charlotte NC and were put on a pallet ready to be dropped into another Car.
Although the car was built by kings performance most of the parts used in the build were ordered from AMS performance.
*Short block:
Carrillo rods, CP Pistions *built and blueprinted by kings performance -$3,500-
*The Heads:
Coswroth CnC ported Race head, cosworth cams, duel valve springs, +1mm over-sized valves -$3500-
*Turbo System:
AMS turbo kit, precision 6266 turbo, tial wastegate, Ams header with recirculating wastegate. -$2800-
*Transmission:
Shepard Stage 2 5-speed trans, Shepard stage 2 transfercase , transmission sheild -$4000-
*Intake manifold:
Magnus Intake Manifold with full blown motor sports 70mm throttle body, phenolic spacers. _SOLD_
*Clutch:
Carbonetics carbon triple disk clutch -$1500- *over 3000 new*
*Fuel injectors:
DW 1300cc Injectors, -$250 -
*Fuel rails:
Ams performance billet fuel rail, it also has the Kings performance 1000HP capable fuel system with stainless steel lines all the way to the tank. It has twin fuel pumps with a full blown motor sports in tank hanger. aeromotive fuel pressure regulator -$1500-
I am located in Charlotte, North Carolina
If you were to buy this set up new it would cost over $30,000 easy. And that’s if you installed it yourself.

sorry but as of right now I would like to sell the motor, trans and everything connected to it as a package(everything on the pallet+ transfercase). however if i were to part it out I would only sell the head complete (with cams).

we were going to swap all the parts into my brother's 2006 Mr but decided it would be way to much for him. its sad too because my brothers car had similar miles(under16k) , was the same color and was completely bone stock. a perfect car to transplant the parts into.
