LoL, no there's only 3 and a half shocks Yes all 4 + original paperwork etc etc, these babies are beautiful. The price is 800, shipped, cont. U.S. If you are in hawaii or Canada or somethwere add 50 because they charge out the ***. There is no increase or decrease or best price. $800 whom ever puts the money in my hand first gets them.
