Cleaned little 3 are in perfect shape but one needs top hat rebuilt? You dont have to if you dont want. I have no idea what it means read the post above. I just needed something to replace my stock but changed mind and keeping stock. I just cleaned and was too lazy to install.

it looks rusted but it comes out easily with just soap(paint on spring is coming out so you can strip or repaint or leave it as is)
