These are tempting. My Carbotech Xp-12's need replacing this season..... I wonder how they compare?

Not sure as I haven't run the XP-12's....I can say compared to the Raysbestos ST-47's (which I am now running) they have a less initial bite, but have slightly better modulation characteristics. The biggest difference is that they last much longer and do not cook fluid like the 47's do.

I ran these for 2+ years and the seals around the pistons never deteriorated; the ST-47's cooked them in less than a month..

Depending on your braking style, you may not see that much of a difference and get a significant benefit in terms of pad/caliper/rotor life. This is Porsche's endurance pad where they can go an entire race on a single set w/o changing pads

Used these for 2 30-min HPDE sessions (St-47's didn't come in time) so price adjusted...great race pads
