WTB: Cheap evo wheels

I am looking for a set of wheels for my evo. If they have some curb rash that it ok. It would be convenient if they have worn out tires on them. I intend on using them for ice racing so the tires are going to get filled with screws. Worn out Advans would work nicely for this application.

I have three worn out stock tires if that helps, no wheels though....

what do you consider cheap? what is your price range? I have the stock wheel/tires with about 20% tread left. one rim has a minor scratch. never really thought about selling til now.
