I Have a red TIAL with brand new flange - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=236991
has #12 spring (# amount is based on vacuum and 12 is perfect for the evo) any lower or higher youll have idle issues

tial springs come in 7, 9, 11 and 12. the best spring is a 11 for stock cams, or a 9 with aftermarket cams. 12 probably will not open. the springs are supposed to be 1/2 of what the vaccum is in inches of mercury.
