Money sent, thanks for the help and thanks for the heads up Scott. It is really sweet when a forum helps people out, being the one on the recieving end I really apprecaite it.

Scott has lots of things too, including a fast heavy stock turbo evo!!!!!!!

Please keep pissing people off by going fast, its great motivation haha.

Scorke, I'm so sorry man. Apparently my isp's mail client has began recognizing my thread subscription alerts as junk mail and short of calling and b*tching, on my list of things to do tomorrow, I have no control in the matter. Glad to see you got what you needed but I am still confused, if this is the pulley I was thinking about, as to how you get it out. When I have been in there it seemed impossible to get off unless the ac bracket was removed. This was with the engine mount removed and the whole thing lowered considerably.

i have done the timing belt in about 4 evo's (including mine) and i never had a problem taking that bolt out when the engine was lowered.

Sweet, lte me know when it ships out!

Mitsuorder its ok man, **** happens. As far as how to get it off I have no clue, I was driving down a local highway last week heard a clunk and minutes later noticed the voltage on my TT was dropping. Slowly but surely it dropped until it got to about 7 volts at which point i needed to turn of my lights to have enough electricity for the car to produce spark, at which point i started heading back and just dropped it off at the dealer.

My local mitsubishi dealer has built my stroker motor, diagnosed problems that tuners havent been able to solve and done tons of other stuff for me, hopefully they know what they are doing haha!

I think mine is about to take a sh*t. I noticed a ticking the other day. Using my handy stethoscope I've tracked it down to the idler/tensioner on the accessory belt. I was planning on replacing that stuff along with the timing/balance shaft belts and tensioners soon anyway.

FYI: I ordered my stuff from Gates. I believe they sell the whole tensioner assembly but, I won't be sure until it arrives.

I'm not sure yet. The timing belt and balance shaft idlers are like $18 each. So, I wouldn't think this would be much more.

Ok, I was thinking about the MD156604 pulley for the timing belt wasn't thinking along the lines of the accessory belt pulleys. Makes much more sense now
