thats a lil more then i can spend, i am possibly just going to buy a new block and swap internals.so i dont have to spent to much for a old motor

 

I sold my EVO VIII block for 1500 complete , wish i would have held out cause i also threw in a power steering pump and setup , You should try Socal or norcal evo.net the have some for sale on those forums

I sold one with the pistons and the crankshaft for 700 two weeks ago

 

I have 04 block. No machine work has been performed. was the victom of a spun connecting rod bearing

 

I think im going to just buy a brand new shortblock because most of the people who come to me have some issue with the block and i do not have the time or tools to fix a block if so i would just fix mine sorry guys, might even consider a evo long block if its for a good price
