I'm guessing the previous owner took it out to gain some minimal power. There are plenty of units in the EvoM market place for sale. You just have to search.

Heh, I'll be taking mine out shortly... I've turned on my AC probably 2-3 times in the 1.5 years I've owned it. Windows down, if you are hot you aren't going fast enough.

+infinity. This is the only way I roll. The only time my AC comes on is if my wife or son are in the car with me.

Cant blame the guy for wanting AC. 115 degrees in the summer, probably more on the black top asphalt roads here in AZ. I busted my condenser and need one as well.

Yeah, it makes sense for 99% of people in hot/humid areas to want AC. It's 100% humidity in MD all through the summer pretty much. The thing is, 10-11% power loss feels so lousy in a car with 400+ awhp I would rather be hot. Also a caged car thats had a lot stripped for weight needs to look at some of the obvious candidates for weight savings. That compressor is heavy! Then again, I'm crazy... so your mileage may vary.

I agree I live in Missouri pretty humid here and you never know about the weather. That is why when my wife or son are with me I have it on, alone on the back roads I rock only fast moving air

Good luck finding that unit. I live in central cali and it gets upwards of 105 F. No A/C = death here.
