are you wanting the shroud for a cool factor? or do you expect for it to work?
the holes designed in the bumper that allow air to bypass the rad core are usually machined into the cooling plates and it makes them pointless...
but if you are in it for the "JDM CUSTOM" look... by all means do what you do
