lol... keep spinning the flywheel until the bolt holes match up.. their offset... the 4G64 crank is the same as the 4G63 as far as fitment and everything else. so basically there is no difference in the flywheel unless im missing something..

This is true.
I had both SD and HD versions of the Exedy twins and they both fit Mitsu 100mm crank.

Did you just put a 6-bolt crank in your Evo?

both the crank and the flywheel are 7 bolts but the flywheel hole in the center is too small for the crank to align the bolts.... my thought is i need to get a flywheel from a dsm

I just happen to have some old parts. I'll take a look tonight.
I know that the DSM flywheel has "step" (think of the offset on a rim) so it won't work with the Evo. I'll look.

that front piece is removable from the 100mm crank, it just pops off with a little effort.
After you pop it off, it will look just like the stock crank.
check out the attached picture and the yellow highlighted part.

That crank you posted is from an automatic car, as posted earlier, pull the bushing out and you'll be golden. They can be fun to get out sometimes. Pack it full of grease and find a dowel rod (wood) slightly wider then the hole. Pound it in and the grease will push the bushing out.
