Hi, if you know of an Evo for sale near Chicago, please let me know. These are the things I'd like to see in a perfect world:

(1) Good price
(2) Evidence it was "turbo timed" (or turbo allowed to cool down before engine shutdown).
(3) Evidence for low clutch wear or newly replaced clutch
(3) Low number of mods for Mitsu warranty purposes
(4) Good tires and pads (or credit for it)
(5) Good transmission or evidence it was not beaten
(6) Willingness to have the car checked out thoroughly by me and my mechanic
(7) Low miles

This may seem like a list of things anyone would like to see, but if you know of a car that meets this criteria or is close, I'd appreciate it if you could pass the information along.

Those are the details, new clutch in it (5k on it) never raced. New Falkens on it as well.
