Yea, I used these on my 18x9.5" NT03+M. They fit perfectly on the rim.
with the +40, absolutely no mods to the rear. For the front, minor rolling, and I had to bend a metal tab behind the plastic fender liner piece.
Pretty easy to get em' to work
