i have 18X9.5 SSR Professor MS1. they are gloss black (cost me extra) center with polished lip and the optional SSR center caps.

i'm not sure of the offset any more. the front and rears have different center sections so they appears offset, though they aren't.

i'll try to find some pictures of my actual wheels. 'till then, here's a file pic:
