I dont know what to do - Evotheorum his name seems to be Eric Landsverk, e-mail and paypal where money were sent are: fmxkid25@yahoo.com

I have no response from him, no refund and no 4th rim

so I dont know what to do, plz consider this when sending money to this guy

I think you are screwed because you waited to long to dispute the charge. If you paid via paypal but used a credit card to fund it you can call your credit card and ask for help. Visa once worked with me to settle a dispute through paypal.

As for paypal helping you out.... that won't happen.

Unfortunately, this is probably 100% truth for you. Once you get past 30 days, Paypal doesn't give a darn about your transaction problems. As far as they are concerned, you had the time to file a dispute, they are clear of any wrongdoings and couldn't care less if you paid $10k for a small bag of jelly beans.

In the past, my brother got sent 1 of the 3 items that he ordered (all on the same order). Paypal said "Well, you got something. Be happy about that." And then closed the dispute. Paypal will not protect you, so don't ever buy into their lies when they say as such. Always use a credit card for paypal if you are going to use it, because your credit card company will go a lot farther to help you get your money back than paypal. Especially when you try to do a charge-back or something that can cost the CC company money. Good luck.
