How are you able to fit such a low offset? What size tires?

fenders rolled, evodave fender mod. and like -3 or -4 in the rears. 235/40/18 federal which run a lil bigger than other tires.

Is there enough metal to be able to mill the hub to bring these to a 25 or so offset
