ok so pretty straight forward these wheels are new a so are the tires. i'm parting out my evo I bought the wheels back in November wheels were also on back order and I received them early January with that said rims are new. not even 50 mile on em ,sorry for the phone pics askin $1700 obo 9175939699 please no trades ,don't low ball me I will ignore you
