FS: OBDII Adapter for PDA/Laptop
Compatible with your Evo! (OBDII Protocol ISO 9141-2)
This is an OBDII Adapter from Multiplex Engineering that you can connect to your Evo’s OBDII port (under the driver’s side dash, next to your right knee) and use either your Windows Laptop or Palm/WindowsCE PDA to read/clear diagnostic codes and/or use as a datalogger for tuning purposes. I like this particular adapter because, unlike PocketLogger, it can be used with both a PDA and a Laptop.
This is a good tool to use in combination with a S-AFC to be able to record the results as you adjust the fuel trim. I will also include three different OBDII software programs to try out with the adapter.

Note: for use with a PDA you will need the appropriate serial cable made for your PDA, and for use with a laptop you will need a DB9-DB9 null modem cable (Fry’s sells both).
