Evolution Exedy Twin Disc Clutch Kit

Click to enlargeWe are currently running this Exedy Twin Disc clutch in our EVO 8 and we are very impressed with it. Stock pedal pressure, this clutch has stock feel with a 600lb/ft holding capacity. No more giant left leg requirements! Chances are you will never need a clutch stronger than this. We have been driving the car daily with this clutch with no problem. We initially expected the clutch to be harsh, unforgiving, and chatter-happy... this has not happened. The clutch is easily modulated and engagement is smooth. One thing we noticed with the stock clutch is that they do not release properly... we were missing shifts and tearing up the synchros in the box. After the clutch change, these problems were remedied. This clutch package comes complete with chromoly flywheel, pressure plate, twin sprung hub metallic discs, floater plate and hardware. Requires no modifications to vehicle.
