so pretty much its to eliminate the maf? so better air flow and if you wanted to VTA it wouldn't stumble?

well ya...i would more or less call it a laptop tunable fuel controller with datalogging capabilities and the ability to connect a wideband to it and datalog it as well....along the lines of an SAFC, but with better results IMO.
