FS (NIB): HKS Kansai Service IC Piping: KPM023

*HKS Kansai Service Intercooler piping kit (JDM), includes upper & lower piping and all hardware, instructions, brand new never been used. Opened the box to look at the parts and to take pictures. Going with a different route now. If any one is interested I have more high res pictures to look at. Asking $300 + Shipping for US residents only.
- Description: This Kansai IC Piping Kit for the Evo VII -IX (CT9A) is a complete aluminum, mandrel bent intercooler and intake piping kit. Includes silicone hose connectors and clamps. This kit reduces pressure loss and maintains low intake air temperature charge.

I've seen the pricing for this kit as high as $769.

*Are there any hardcore JDM fans out there?

((Price reduced, This box is sitting in my room collecting dust ((still))

*** You will need to use a small battery kit with this intercooler piping set. It will not clear the factory batteries. The batterys that come in are USDM Evo are wider then the JDM Evo and causes the install issue.***
((Price reduction, this box is still sitting in my room collecting dust))

(Please PM me if anyone is still interested - I completely lost track of this thread)

i dont think it will work with a USDM motor. I forget why not, but my Kansai piping i have had to be custom fabbed up. Also will not mate correctly to oem intake manifold i believe. Its made to work with other kansai things such as the intake box, surge tank and JDM engine's. I could be wrong though.

the problem i believe is that this is the kit for 03-04 evo but they make another kit 05-06 for the evo. the difference is the driver side lower ic pipe. in anthoer thread there was someone selling the ralliart pipes. it was stated that there is something in the way so the lower pipe is a little different. im sure u could buy it and have a shop (turbo trix) make it work.

This IC Piping kit will for sure fit an 03 ~ 05 Evo and I don’t see why it would not fit an 06 model year. I would have not bought this Kansai IC kit if it didn’t fit my Evo. The only issue is that the USDM battery is to big and the piping will not clear it. I’m not to sure why you had to custom fab the piping maybe it was to get around your battery. This should not be an issue if you have a smaller battery.

It was made to work with the factory intercooler, but it will work with an aftermarket one as long as you use the right couplings.
