FS: Greddy Profec Spec-S Boost Controller

I have finally achieved the boost control that I want with my xede and as such I am selling the spec s boost controller.

Works absolutely perfectly - I just wanted some of the extra features the xede is about to offer. There is some minor glue residue on the control box where i had it mounted onto some velcro.

This unit sells for upwards of $300 brand new. I am asking $180 for it - buyer pays shipping.

I can post pictures later (gotta borrow a digicam) but here is what the control unit looks like

When did you buy the Type-S? The early models had a software problem where the max boost possible was only around 24 psi. If the control unit was sent to Greddy, they would fix it so that you could boost up to the 45 psi or so that the Type-S was spec'd for.

If you can guarantee that this is a 'fixed' unit, I will buy it.
