RNR GT30 Turbo Kit - SOLD
Here's the deal. This was on my VIII for approximately 10k miles. My car was rearended and eventually totaled. The insurance company was planning to repair the car, but decided against it. While the car was at the body shop, I sent the manifold and O2 housing to Performance Coatings. Just got them back with new, 2000 degreee Satin Freshblast (silver) coating. I also purchased all new gaskets, hardware, lines, and fittings. Here's what you get:
Precision GT3037 turbo (.63AR / 3" inlet)
RNR ram horn style manifold
RNR O2 housing
Tial 38mm wastegate (polished finish w/1.3 bar springs)
Stainless dump tube (open)
RNR 3" stainless downpipe (recently wrapped with 2" Thermotec)
New AN fittings for oil feed, oil return, and coolant lines
New steel braided oil feed & coolant hoses (4 AN oil / 6 AN coolant)
New high temp blue silicone oil return hose w/push lock type 10 AN fittings
RNR Lower I/C pipe
New manifold/cyl head multi-layer gasket
New stainless manifold/turbo T3 flange gasket
Upper radiator pipe
This is a complete kit. Ready to bolt on. You would just need an intake pipe that fits the 3" turbo inlet. Stock fan will work, but it's tight. I had a $100 low profile fan. Downpipe has an extra O2 bung, if you need to install a wideband sensor. I also recommend purchasing a billet, 10 AN oil return fitting for the oil pan to ensure leak-free operation. I bought a nice one from ExtremePSI (10 AN male) for $24. I will post pics tonight. If you would like me to email some hi-res pics to you, please post your email address.

Here is a question I have and please don't take it the worng way, it's just that I had this issue with a RNR kit a while back and want to make sure I don't do it again.
You will find out there are probably some people on this board that run the 3076/3037 and unknowingly run a .48 exhaust housing and not the .63 as they think. If the turbo came from PTE and has a 5bolt housing it is a .48A/R on the exhaust side and not a .63. I believe this is some of the choking with the higher hp cars. Can you show a pic of the hotside and the housing showing the .63 or so on? Thanks man.
Also do you have the intake adapter couple that makes the 3.0 intake to 2.5 intake so that I can use the HKS intake like you did?
Send some High Rez pics to highpseye@hotmail.com

I'll look for the code tonight. I don't have an adapter for the inlet. I was using a Dejon Tool intake pipe that was 3". I had the MAF & HKS SMF intake attached to it.
