Is there anything else needed for this kit? I would figure, injectors, front mount, and obviously EMS or flash. Will this kit retain a/c and stock radiator as well?

You for sure are going to need some parts in order to get this turbo to work for you.
For starters, injectors. Intercooler would be a good thing along with new pipes, fuel pump, blow off valve, different spark plugs, cams. some type of ignition amp to help with the boost, boost controller, a good custom tune or stand alone etc.
