It comes with the whole kit. it is also tapped twice on the upper i/c pipe if you want to put a standalone or meth. it also comes with a tial bov already welded on it. the filter is a cheap one because the one that came originally with the injen setup would not fit. the reason is because i dont have a maf. make me an offer........
