i just noticed that you have a 05 evo, which means you have ACD and that this dp should fit 2006 evo 9s.

now my problem, are the missing bolts and that custom washer of yours. lol

Yea, my evo was a 2005 with acd so it should work on the 9s. The custom washer doesnt effect anything and it's not like you can see it underneath the car. One of the bolts missing, you can use your stock bolt. Only thing you need are those 2 bolts for the o2 housing. Just take your stock bolts off and go to a local hardware store and get the same ones that are 1 1/2 inch long.
