I have a complete megan racing turbo back exhaust forsale. This is a 3" setup and comes with a testpipe (w/O2 bung).

Here are some pics of the downpipe, testpipe, and catback. I'll throw the mechanical O2 fix in as well. The pipes are not rusty just a tad dirty. I polished a few spots up just to show you they do clean up.
