FS: XSP upper ICP with 50mm VTA BOV port

this UICP came with the XSP intercooler i got but i already have Injen UICP. this pipe is 100% stainless steel, not chromed mild steel. i'm looking for $25 shipped.

a few ?'s. Will it work with the stock battery, will the stock IX bov fit, & does it come with th entire uicp to the fmic? Thanks!
