I know someone out there wants to build a $1500 turbo kit. There are hundreds of choices out there for turbos to fit this kit ranging from $700 for a standard 50 Trim to $1350 for a full BB GT35R. You can build it for cheap and get a new turbo so you don't have to worry about previous damage.

I know someone out there wants a cheap 50 trim kit. Build it for less than $1700.

If push comes to shove, how much would you sell the ported and jet coated manifold for?

All pms replied to. Pure EVO, it is Buschur's standard kit and isn't ported or jet coated unless Buschur does any porting before he sends out his kits. His runners are larger than stock, so I doubt he does any porting.

I'd be interested in seeing some pictures. I understand that you're selling the cast manifold and the O2 housing for $650 but I can purchase the same parts brand new from the Buschur Racing website for about the same. I'm still interested though.

You're way off on your prices from Buschur. The mani alone is $650 plus shipping (I think it is $700, but you can call Buschur to confirm) and the O2 housing is $285 plus shipping. Below is the link. So, from Buschur you can figure close to $1000.

If you want pics, send me a pm and I'll send pics.

You are right, the manifold does go for about $730 brand new and the stainless steel O2 housing for $285 for a grand total of $1,015. The 50 Trim that I have already has the O2 housing. The only thing that I would need to purchase would be the turbo exhaust manifold and the TiAL 38mm wastegate to complete the kit along with the various fixings.

I can send you some of the "various fixings".

$650, add your own turbo ($800 to $1300), a few misc parts ($100) and you've got a great turbo kit.

Here's an example of what you can build
$650 - turbo and O2
$100 - misc hoses
$875 - 57 Trim from Shearer Fabrications capable of 500 to 600 whp (BB version is $1100)
$1625 TOTAL

$1850 for a BB version of the same turbo and your rolling with a 600 whp BB turbo that looks stock, well almost.

Here is the link for Shearer turbos. From 400 whp to over 600 whp in either journal or full BB CHRA from one of the biggest names in 4G63 tuning.http://www.shearerfabrications.com/p...D=23&sub1ID=37
