Yeah, I would expect minimal hp gains just by switching these two items depending on your set up. I purchased mine simply because I was planning on going with a much larger turbo in the beginning. Some of the big named tuners/builders on this site told me that unless you plan on going with a pretty big turbo set-up, you really don't need to switch to an aftermarket manifold. The stock one has supported up to 550+ hp. The same goes for throttle body as well. Not to mention there's the whole standalone or stock ECU factor.
